Art can be sent on a standard floppy disc or CD; all art/fonts submitted must be pc compatible with the following programs: adobe illustrator (convert all type to outlines), photoshop (300 dpi or higher), quark express (send all fonts and support files for images), corel draw (convert all type to curves) art labor is $40.00(V) all art must be accompanied by a printed copy of the art, in camera ready form with no halftones or screens contact Play Pens for further information.

Acceptance of order

a. All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery terms; if for any reason Play Pens cannot meet the required delivery, you will be contacted by customer service.

b. All orders are subject to credit approval.

c. Play Pens will accept no changes to the order unless in writing, confirmed by Play Pens.

d. If an account has not been established, 50% deposit must accompany order.

Ship
bulk, ups ground (on custom pens, air freight available, 2 weeks time savings; call supplier for quote).

Drop ship
$6.00(P) per address.

Terms
Stock pens: net 30 (on established credit): all major credit cards accepted; a pre-payment may be required depending on size and amount of order, no cod shipments.

Returns
Not accepted without factory approval r.a. number.

Over / Underuns
We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over and under all items, in accordance with U.C.C.

Loss / Damage
Claims for short shipments or merchandise not received must be submitted in writing within 10 days from receipt of shipment; all claims for damaged or lost goods must be made with carrier.

Cancellation / Changed order samples
Prior to production, all costs incurred to date will be billed; after production, all merchandise originally ordered will be charged sample orders are invoiced at end column pricing, speculative samples are end column pricing plus cost of customization contact Play Pens for quote.

Authorization
When you place an order with Play Pens, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute Play Pens product with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. you also consent to indemnify, defend and absolve Play Pens and it's affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses. this will include legal fees arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. this directive will remain in effect after delivery of your merchandise.

Modification
Play Pens has the authority to modify products as needed to assure quality and product availability.
